1.30.10 Regular Meetings of the Tribal Council.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Meetings of the Council shall be held regularly, at least eight times per year. The Council shall designate the time, place, and date for regular Tribal Council meetings.
(b) Notice of meetings shall be posted in at least three places, a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to meetings.
(c) All regular meetings shall be open to the general tribal membership.
(d) Agendas for the meetings shall be made available to the tribal members at least one day prior to regular meetings. [Certificate of Adoption passed April 22nd, 2008; 2008 Code § 1.6.1]
