The Council may meet for emergency meetings without notice when emergency circumstances warrant such a meeting. Executive orders may be issued in emergency meetings, as described under the duties of President in ATC 1.25.10(e). [Certificate of Adoption passed April 22nd, 2008; 2008 Code § 1.6.4]
