(a) The Tribal Council may move to meet in a closed executive session during regular, special, or emergency meetings of the Tribal Council when the subject matter concerns child welfare, personnel, litigation, and other matters made confidential by tribal ordinance.

(b) The Council shall state the general reason for going into executive session, and may not go into executive session until all other business for the meeting is complete. [Certificate of Adoption passed April 22nd, 2008; 2008 Code § 1.6.5]
