(a) General tribal membership meetings shall be held at least twice a year.

(b) Additionally, tribal membership meetings may be called by the President or by a minimum of five Council members.

(c) A tribal membership meeting shall also be held upon petition signed by at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the qualified tribal voters residing in St. Paul.

(d) Notice shall be posted in at least three public places, thirty (30) days prior to tribal membership meetings.

(e) A quorum of a tribal membership meeting shall be thirty percent (30%) of the qualified tribal voters residing in St. Paul, unless otherwise specifically provided for by tribal ordinance. [Certificate of Adoption passed April 22nd, 2008; 2008 Code § 1.6.6]
