While Article II of the historic Constitution and Bylaws of the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island, ratified June 12, 1950, includes some basic membership provisions, the purpose of this chapter is to provide clarification, interpretation, and specific guidelines for the membership requirements and enrollment procedures of the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island Tribe.
