The Tribal Government of St. Paul Citizens and Community Services Coordinator shall have the authority to publish in the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island, Tribal Government of St. Paul Tribal Code, as preface, supplement, or annotation, such other tribal, federal, or state legal provisions or decisions, or parts or summaries thereof, as are necessary or appropriate for a full and ready comprehension of the laws promulgated or executed by the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island, Tribal Government of St. Paul, including, but not limited to, the Indian Civil Rights Act, regulations promulgated by the Tribe or its agencies, and the decisions of the courts.
