By this chapter, there is hereby established the St. Paul Island Tribal Court. The Tribal Court shall consist of a Tribal Court, an Appellate Court, and a Court of Final Appeal. This Judicial Code supersedes any code or ordinance of the Tribal Government of St. Paul Island that previously established or otherwise organized a judicial body or court for the Tribal Government of St. Paul Island a.k.a. the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island.
