Whenever the formal designation “Tribal Government” appears in this Judicial Code, such designation shall refer to the Tribal Government of St. Paul Island. Any reference to the Tribe or tribal shall also refer to the Tribal Government of St. Paul Island or matters of the Tribal Government of St. Paul Island. [2008 Code § 2.1.3; Res. 1999-17]
