After an appeal has been filed and before any action has been taken by the Court of Appeals, the Tribal Court may dismiss the appeal upon written agreement of all the parties. The appeal fee shall be returned to the appellant and the bond discharged. [2008 Code § 2.4.13; Res. 1999-17]
