(a) Factual findings made by the Tribal Court Judge or jury shall be binding, so long as they are supported by the record.
(b) The Court of Appeals shall limit its consideration, so far as the interests of justice permit, to matters of law and interpretation. [2008 Code § 2.4.4; Res. 1999-17]
