(a) The St. Paul Island Tribal Court Clerk shall serve as the St. Paul Island Tribal Court of Appeals Clerk.

(b) The Clerk shall keep a separate docket for the Court of Appeals.

(c) The Clerk shall be responsible for preparing the necessary records of cases on appeal, and for receiving and accounting for bonds and filing fees for cases on appeal. [2008 Code § 2.4.5; Res. 1999-17]
