Upon its own motion or upon request by a party, the Court may require a preresolution report to be conducted and submitted to the Court for the purpose of creating a holistic and culturally appropriate resolution to any action brought under these rules. The report may be conducted and submitted by Compliance Supervision, or any other appropriate entity; provided, however, that the contents of the report may not be used for the purposes of establishing that a respondent committed the offensive conduct alleged in the complaint. A preresolution report, if required, shall be conducted prior to participation in An’gim Tunuu, appearance before the Panel of Elders, or judgment by the Court. [Res. 2012-24; 2008 Code § 2.5.8]
