(a) Upon receiving the transcripts from an An’gim Tunuu session, a Tribal Court Judge shall review the recommendations of the invitees and issue a final order based on those recommendations within thirty (30) calendar days of the conclusion of the session.

(b) When issuing a final order based on invitee recommendations, the Tribal Court Judge is not required to accept every recommendation and shall only incorporate recommendations into the final order that are reasonable, just, and not contrary to the code or unwritten laws of the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island.

(c) The Tribal Court Judge shall ensure penalties imposed on respondents are proportionate to the underlying action and consistent with penalties imposed on prior similar actions.

(d) There shall be no appeal from any final order issued under this chapter. [Res. 2012-25; 2008 Code § 2.7.13]
