(a) Any other interested person may also attend An’gim Tunuu sessions in addition to the invitees. Such interested persons will not be considered an invitee, but may participate in An’gim Tunuu sessions in the same capacity as an invitee.

(b) Interested persons must be identified prior to issuing the notices under ATC 2.30.90. The identification of interested persons for any given An’gim Tunuu session may be established through preresolution reports in accordance with Chapter 2.20 ATC, through forms submitted under ATC 2.30.90, or through any other manner a sitting Tribal Court Judge deems appropriate. A Tribal Court Judge shall provide the final approval of interested persons to whom notices are sent.

(c) All interested persons shall be required to verbally affirm and hold in confidence all information obtained during the course of an An’gim Tunuu session. Disclosure of information obtained from an An’gim Tunuu session may result in a separate action under the Tribal Government Code against the disclosing individual. [Res. 2012-25; 2008 Code § 2.7.7]
