2.35.100 Final Order Issued by Tribal Court.

(a) Upon receiving the transcripts and decisions from the appointed Elders, a Tribal Court Judge shall issue a final order based on the appointed Elders’ decision within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the transcripts.
(b) There shall be no appeal from decisions rendered from Tana{ Ludaaĝin Qimis{anangin and issued through a Tribal Court order. [Res. 2012-40; 2008 Code § 2.8.10]
