4.10.30 Attorneys and Advocates.

A juvenile offender may be represented in any proceeding under these rules by an attorney at his or her own expense and effort, or by a lay advocate responsible with supporting the juvenile or their family in court. This section shall only apply to Juvenile Court proceedings and does not apply to An’gim Tunuu or Tana{ Ludaaĝin Qimis{anangin under ATC Title 2. [Res. 2012-42; 2008 Code § 4.2.3]
