(a) Where the family group conference plan chooses formal adjudication through the Juvenile Court, the Court Clerk shall set a date for the hearing not more than twenty (20) days after the Juvenile Court receives the plan from the family group conference.

(b) Juvenile Court hearings shall be closed. Persons, other than the parties to the case, shall only be admitted into hearings if the Juvenile Court finds such persons have a legitimate interest in the case.

(c) The Juvenile Court shall follow the Rules of Civil Procedure, Chapter 2.20 ATC, for all Juvenile Court hearings, provided such rules do not conflict with any provision of this title. [Res. 2012-42; 2008 Code § 4.2.6]
