(a) Prior to the scheduled hearing, Compliance Supervision Division shall prepare a written report describing the reasonable and appropriate alternative dispositions. The report shall contain a specific plan for the care of the juvenile and any assistance needed to resolve the issues presented in the complaint. The report shall contain a detailed explanation showing the necessity for the proposed plan of disposition and the benefits to the juvenile under the proposed plan.

(b) Compliance Supervision Division shall present the report to the Juvenile Court, the juvenile’s attorney or advocate, if any, and the Presenting Officer at least five days prior to the scheduled hearing. [Res. 2012-42; 2008 Code § 4.2.7]
