(a) For cases before the Juvenile Court, the Juvenile Court shall consider the preresolution report and afford the juvenile an opportunity to dispute any factual contents or conclusions in the report. The Juvenile Court shall enter judgment after consideration of the preresolution report, and in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure, Chapter 2.20 ATC.

(b) For cases before An’gim Tunuu or Tana{ Ludaaĝin Qimis{anangin, the Juvenile Court shall enter a judgment in accordance with the chapters of this code applicable to those forums. [Res. 2012-42; 2008 Code § 4.2.8]
