4.15.10 Bullying, Intimidation, Harassment.

A minor commits the violation of bullying, intimidation, or harassment by engaging in any conduct as follows:
(a) Threatening, intimidating, harassing, or frightening another minor through intentional written, oral, or physical acts;
(b) Physically harming another minor or damaging another minor’s property;
(c) Substantially negatively interfering with another minor’s education; or
(d) Substantially disturbing another minor’s ability to reside in the community free of fear or embarrassment. [Res. 2012-43; 2008 Code § 4.3.1]
