Whenever an order prohibiting contact is issued, modified, or terminated, the Court Clerk shall forward a copy of the order on or before the next business day to tribal law enforcement, the Tribal Domestic Violence Coordinator, or other person designated by the Court for service on the respondent. The written order shall contain the Court’s directives and shall bear the legend: “Violation of this order is a criminal offense and will subject a violator to arrest.” [2008 Code § 5.1.13; Res. 2007-20]
