(a) The Court shall enter an order in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure, Chapter 2.20 ATC, which shall constitute the Decree of Termination. The decree shall include such facts as are necessary to establish that termination of parental rights is appropriate and may include child support provisions and any other special considerations, rights, or privileges granted by the Court.

(b) The Decree of Termination constitutes a final order and is not subject to appeal. [Res. 2012-57; 2008 Code § 6.3.4]
