The termination of a parent’s rights under ATC 6.15.50(b) through (d) does not relinquish the parent from the obligation to provide financial support for the child. Upon a finding that the payment of child support by the parent whose rights have been terminated is necessary for the welfare of the child, the Tribal Court may include child support requirements in the Decree of Termination.
