The ordinance codified in this chapter was originally submitted to a vote of the St. Paul Tribal Council on the ___ day of ___, 2009 and was duly adopted by a vote of for, against, abstaining, and absent during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Tribal Council of the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island for which notice was posted and tribal members had an opportunity to attend and voice their opinions and concerns about the ordinance codified in this chapter.
