7.05.20 Authority.

The Tribe through the Tribal Council adopts the ordinance codified in this chapter under the authority of:
(a) Its inherent sovereignty, its exclusive jurisdiction over its citizenship and specifically under Article II, Section 5 of the Constitution and Bylaws of the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island.
