Any entity, vessel, and/or structure that stores a food source and/or waste on St. Paul Island or in its immediate vicinity must participate in the St. Paul Island Rat Prevention Program (SPIRPP) through the signing of the St. Paul Island Rat Prevention Program Cooperative Agreement (SPIRPP). Any entity and/or vessel that does not agree to participate in the SPIRPP will receive a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month. [2008 Code § 7.1.4]
