(a) The owner or occupant of any infested structure or vessel will be ordered by the TGSPI to immediately undertake efforts to fumigate, poison, or trap rodents, as may be necessary for the immediate elimination of the infestation. Upon issuance of a written “Notice of Rodent Infestation” by the TGSPI the owner or occupant of the infested structure or vessel shall undertake efforts to fumigate, poison, or trap rodents, as may be necessary for the immediate elimination of the infestation.

(b) In the event of inability or failure to undertake these measures within twenty-four (24) hours of the written “Notice of Rodent Infestation,” or unless a hearing was requested, the TGSPI will undertake measures to eliminate the infestation, with all costs of the necessary measures being borne by the owner or occupant of the infested structure or vessel.
