(a) Any tribal member or non-tribal member who is legally married to a tribal member may take sound or visual recordings for their own personal use, unless such use may be determined detrimental to the Tribe and/or the harvest of fur seals.

(b) Any non-tribal member, other than those who are legally married to tribal members, shall not use any audio or visual recording equipment while observing or when in the immediate vicinity of a fur seal harvest. Such equipment shall include, but is not limited to: video cameras, photographic cameras, movie cameras, and sound recorders. [Res. 2009-39; 2008 Code § 7.2.10]
