7.10.40 Eligible Harvesters.
This section is included in your selections.
The following persons shall be eligible to exercise harvesting of fur seals under the authority of this chapter:
(a) Tribal members who are eighteen (18) years old or older.
(b) Tribal members under the age of eighteen (18) years only when accompanied by an adult tribal member. [Res. 2009-39; 2008 Code § 7.2.4]
