(a) A permit is not required by tribal members for the harvest of fur seal.

(b) Any non-tribal member, other than those who are legally married to tribal members, must obtain a permit to observe the harvest of fur seal prior to attending the harvest and shall be subject to the conditions of the permit.

(c) A fee shall be levied by the Tribal Government to obtain a harvest-viewing permit. [Res. 2009-39; 2008 Code § 7.2.9]
