The purpose of this chapter is to establish a uniform rule of law governing the conservation and protection of northern fur seals on St. Paul, Otter and Walrus Islands, and Sea Lion Rock. It is the intent of the Tribe that tribal ordinances do not conflict with our traditional values and unwritten laws. [Res. 2009-40; 2008 Code § 7.3.1]
