7.15.20 Authority.

The Tribe through the Tribal Council adopts the ordinance codified in this chapter under the authority of:
(a) Its inherent sovereignty, its exclusive jurisdiction over its membership, and specifically under Article II, Section 5 of the Constitution and Bylaws of the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island and ATC 1.05.40.
(c) The Agreement between the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island and National Marine Fisheries Service (ATC 7.15.30). [Res. 2009-40; 2008 Code § 7.3.2]
