From the 1^st day of June to the 15^th day of October of each year, no person shall approach any fur seal rookery or haulout nor pass beyond any posted sign forbidding passage, except those authorized in writing by the Director of the Tribal Government’s Ecosystem Conservation Office, or accompanied by an authorized employee of the Tribal Government.
