7.15.50 Feeding, Harassment, and Take of Fur Seals.

(a) Feeding or attempting to attract fur seals with food, decoys, sound or light is prohibited.
(b) Harassment of or attempting to harass a fur seal is prohibited; however, the prohibition in this subsection is not intended to prohibit or regulate actions that occur as part of a lawful harvest allowed by Chapter 7.10 ATC.
(c) The taking of or attempt to take a fur seal is prohibited; however, the prohibition in this subsection is not intended to prohibit or regulate actions that occur as part of a lawful harvest allowed by Chapter 7.10 ATC. [Res. 2009-40; 2008 Code § 7.3.5]
