(a) A permit is not required by tribal members or non-tribal members who are legally married to tribal members for viewing fur seals at the designated viewing blinds.

(b) Any non-tribal member, except those who are legally married to tribal members, must obtain a permit to observe fur seals at the designated viewing blinds prior to viewing and shall be subject to the conditions of the permit.

(c) A fee shall be levied by the Tribal Government to obtain a fur seal viewing blind permit. [Res. 2009-40; 2008 Code § 7.3.7]
