(a) Disposal of or abandonment of any marine debris at any place other than an approved collection or staging area is prohibited.

(b) Any person who disposes of marine debris in an unapproved manner will be responsible for clean-up and/or the cost of clean-up.

(c) The Tribal Government shall levy a fee for the proper disposing of or staging of marine debris. [Res. 2010-27; 2008 Code § 7.4.7]
