(a) Burning of marine debris, hazardous materials, and garbage, other than nonhazardous wood products, at any location on St. Paul Island by any person not approved to conduct such burning is prohibited.

(b) Burning of nonhazardous wood products for the purpose of a bonfire within residential, commercial, or industrial areas is prohibited.

(c) Burning otherwise in accordance with this section but in a manner harmful to people or the land and environment, or improperly disposing of associated litter or garbage, is prohibited. [Res. 2010-27; 2008 Code § 7.4.10(1)]
