The ordinance codified in this chapter was originally submitted to a vote of the St. Paul Tribal Council on the 29^th day of September 2010 and was duly adopted by a vote of six for, zero against, zero abstaining, and one absent/excused during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Tribal Council of the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island for which notice was posted and tribal members had an opportunity to attend and voice their opinions and concerns about the ordinance codified in this chapter. The ordinance codified in this chapter was adopted in accordance with the Tribal Government Code of the St. Paul Island Tribe. [Res. 2010-28; 2008 Code § 7.5.9]
