(a) Service of process must comply with all applicable ordinances of the community.

(b) A registered agent appointed by a corporation is an agent of the corporation for service of any process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law to be served upon the corporation.

(c) This section does not affect the right to serve process, notice, or demand in any manner otherwise provided by tribal or state law. [Res. 2011-32; 2008 Code § 9.3.1.13]
