(a) The community or one or more persons of the age of eighteen (18) years or more may act as incorporators of a corporation by signing, certifying, and delivering in duplicate to the OJA Director articles of incorporation for such corporation.

(b) At least one incorporator must be the community or a tribal member of the age of eighteen (18) years or more. [Res. 2011-32; 2008 Code § 9.3.2.1]
