9.15.330 Filing of Articles of Incorporation.

(a) The original articles of incorporation and two duplicate copies shall be delivered to the OJA Director. If the OJA Director finds that the articles of incorporation conform to tribal law, and all fees have been paid, the OJA Director shall:

(1) Endorse on the original and the duplicate copies the word “Filed” and the month, day, and year of filing thereof;

(2) File one of such duplicate copies in office of the OJA Director;

(3) Issue a certificate of incorporation to which the OJA Director shall affix the other duplicate copy; and

(4) Deliver the certificate of incorporation, together with the duplicate copy affixed thereto, to the incorporators or their representative. [Res. 2011-32; 2008 Code § 9.3.2.3]
