(a) Upon the completion of incorporation, the corporate existence shall begin.

(b) The certificate of incorporation issued by the OJA Director shall be conclusive evidence that all conditions required by this chapter have been complied with and that the corporation has been incorporated under this chapter, except such certificate shall not be conclusive evidence as against the community in a proceeding to cancel or revoke the certificate of incorporation.
