9.15.580 Fees for Filing Documents and Issuing Certificates.
(a) The OJA Director shall charge and collect fees for:
(1) Filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation;
(2) Filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment;
(3) Filing a statement of change of address of registered agent;
(4) Filing articles of dissolution;
(5) Filing a statement of election to accept this chapter and issuing certificate of acceptance;
(6) Filing any other statement or report, including an annual report of a corporation;
(7) Indexing each document filed, except an annual report;
(8) Furnishing a certified copy of any document, instrument, or paper relating to a corporation;
(9) Furnishing a certificate as to the existence of a fact relating to a corporation.
(b) The OJA Director is authorized to make regulations providing for reasonable fees required by this chapter and for other services not listed in this chapter. [Res. 2011-32; 2008 Code § 9.3.6.4]
