In using its powers the corporation must not do the following things:

Violate any law or the Constitution and Bylaws of the community;

Sell or mortgage any lands of the community, except as permitted by the Constitution;

Adopt any practice or procedure, or conduct any business or activity in any manner which conflicts or interferes with the administration of the Pribilof Islands and the resources thereof as prescribed by law.
