A record shall be made and kept of all the rules made under Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this article, which record shall be called the Record of Organization of the Pribilof Islands Aleut Communities of St. Paul and St. George Islands. Copies of this record shall be furnished to the Secretary of the Interior or his designated representative. There shall be put in the record the names of all persons chosen to be officers of the community.
