We, the Aleuts having a common bond of residence on the Pribilof Islands of St. Paul and St. George, in Alaska, in order to promote our general welfare, do establish this Constitution and Bylaws by authority of the Act of Congress of June 18, 1934, as amended by the Acts of June 15, 1935, and May 1, 1936.
