After a hearing by the Tribal Council for which reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard are given, and upon an affirmative vote of at least five Council members, the Council shall have the right to remove persons from the tribal roll and revoke the privileges of membership under the following conditions:

(a) If an applicant falsifies information on the enrollment application in order to be eligible for enrollment; or

(b) If a person is on the tribal roll but does not meet eligibility requirements established in the Tribe’s Constitution and this code; or

(c) If a member is permanently banished by the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island Tribal Court from the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island; or

(d) If a person is adopted into the Tribe as a new member but permanently moves away from St. Paul. [Certificate of Adoption passed April 22nd, 2008; 2008 Code § 1.9.9]
