2.20.120 Compelling Witnesses to Appear, Subpoena, Requests.

(a) The Court may issue a subpoena to any person eighteen (18) years of age or older, who is not a party to the action, and over whom the Court has jurisdiction. If the Court does not have jurisdiction over a person, the Court may issue a request for appearance.
(b) The subpoena or the request shall be served upon the person named as a witness in the same manner as required in ATC 2.20.60. [Res. 2012-24; 2008 Code § 2.5.12]
