(a) In sessions held at the request of participants and not at the consent of a respondent or referral, the participants may reach an agreement during the An’gim Tunuu session as to the appropriate remedies or solutions and the Maqa{si{ta{ will provide a final summary of the agreement. The agreement becomes binding upon oral acceptance of the participants during the session. The Tribal Court Clerk shall reduce the agreement to writing within ten (10) calendar days after the session and the participants shall sign the agreement in the presence of the Court Clerk. The agreement shall be entered into the Tribal Court case management system for enforcement.

(b) If an agreement cannot be reached by the participants who have requested An’gim Tunuu, the final decision as to the outcome, penalties, or restoration shall be rendered by consensus of the invitees and approved by the Maqa{si{ta{. The decision shall be reduced to writing by the Tribal Court Clerk within ten (10) calendar days after the session and entered into the Tribal Court case management system for enforcement.

(c) For respondents or referred participants, the Tribal Court Clerk shall provide a Tribal Court Judge with the transcripts within two days for conclusion of the matter in accordance with this chapter. [Res. 2012-25; 2008 Code § 2.7.11]
