(a) Abandonment of any vehicle, equipment, or vessel or parts from a vehicle, equipment, or vessel on any public place or onto another’s property without the owner’s consent is prohibited.

(b) Vehicles, equipment, vessels, and/or parts must be disposed of at approved collection and staging areas.

(c) Any person who disposes of a vehicle, equipment, vessels, and/or parts in an unapproved manner will be responsible for clean-up and/or the cost of clean-up. [Res. 2010-27; 2008 Code § 7.4.5]
